Please join us next week on Saturday March 29th, at 7:30 pm Grace church on the hill (300 Lonsdale Road) for our last concert of the season.
The show will featuring a cappella works by Mendelssohn, Busto, Gibbons, Byrd and Schutz along with BWV 131 Aus Der Tiefe by J.S. Bach, with two soloists: Marcel D’Entremont and Giovanni Spanu, along with instrumental ensemble: Fanny Tang, Anne Prevost, Victoria Hong, Sarah Steeves and Karen Kiribi.
The opening of the show will include Cheryll’s Conductor’s notes on the Bach cantata and we will celebrate Earth Hour by Candlelight.
You will also have a chance to bid on some great auction items during intermission, such as a guitar lesson by classical guitarist Drew Henderson, two photography sessions by Richard J. Chung, a gift basket or two, hand crafted granola, and a conducting or piano lesson by our very own Artistic Director.
